Yesterday, 18 school children were reportedly ill and rushed to the hospital after eating food supplied to their school by the State Government under the state’s government-sponsored school feeding programme, O-Meal. Twenty-seven members of the Rivers State House of Assembly led by Martin Amaewhule have defected from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP to All Progressive Congress, APC.
