The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has officially announced the commencement of its 2025/26 Local Postgraduate Scholarship Programme, inviting qualified candidates from the Niger Delta region to apply.
The scholarship, part of the Commission’s Human Capital Development initiative, is aimed at equipping young professionals with advanced training in key disciplines.
