MCC Nigeria Limited is on the verge of delivering two major legacy projects in Rivers State — the new Rivers State House of Assembly Complex and the Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Rumuigbo — both fully funded under the administration of Governor Siminalayi Fubara. Within the Neuropsychiatric Hospital premises, an additional General Hospital has been developed to complement existing medical institutions such as UPTH and BMH.
