MCC Nigeria Limited is on the verge of delivering two major legacy projects in Rivers State — the new Rivers State House of Assembly Complex and the Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Rumuigbo — both fully funded under the administration of Governor Siminalayi Fubara. From initial concept to final execution, the projects underscore a deliberate push to strengthen governance infrastructure and expand access to quality healthcare in the state.

Within the Neuropsychiatric Hospital premises, an additional General Hospital has been developed to complement existing medical institutions such as UPTH and BMH. This strategic expansion is designed to reduce pressure on current facilities while improving healthcare accessibility and service delivery for residents across Rivers State.
Beyond their physical structures, these projects reflect a strong commitment to innovation, durability, and functionality. The Assembly Complex boasts 34 fully equipped ensuite offices alongside a modern legislative chamber, while both facilities are built to meet international engineering and architectural standards. As commissioning draws near, MCC Nigeria Limited reaffirms its reputation for delivering high-impact, world-class infrastructure that supports institutional growth and public service excellence.
