Handing over the car yesterday in Calabar, Hon. Cyril stated that the mime signals his “commitment to empower young people”, while promising that “it will be better as we go on”.
Receiving the 4-wheels vessel, Mr. Nelson Arikpo who is the beneficiary appreciated the lawmaker as he promised to not compromise the purpose which it was intended.
