The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has announced that it has started accepting applications for interested persons to apply for its 2014/2015 foreign postgraduate scholarship programs. According to a circular signed by the Management, “The deadline for submission of applications is May 13, 2024, which is exactly 4 weeks from the date of the first publication of this advert on April 15, 2024”.
