Moon Ray News can confirm that the Cross River State governor, Prince Bassey Otu has fired his newly appointed Head of Civil Service Commission, Mr. Oku Inaku and has equally relieved Mr. Emmanuel Ogbeche of his duties as his Chief Press Secretary (CPS).
Accordingly, the governor has named Sir Maurice Effiwatt as replacement for Mr. Oku in acting capacity.
Meanwhile, Mr. Nsa Gill is the new Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the governor and the former CPS, Mr. Ogbeche is transferred to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) as Press Secretary Abuja.
In a public memo signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. A Owan Enoh, Mr. Linus Oboho has been upgraded to Special Adviser Media and Publicity.
