President Bola Tinubu’s has revealed his government’s budget for year 2024 which is pecked at N27trillion which is two times higher than Buhari’s 2023 budget. The Federal Executive Council (FEC) gave the approval for the figures today, at the weekly executive meeting presided over by President Tinubu. The NDDC Managing Director/CEO, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku has announced that come next year (2024) the Commission will introduce local postgraduate scholarship program to fend for those unable to secure the foreign postgraduate scholarship program. Dr. Ogbuku said this last week while responding to questions on why the commission has not increased the number of its foreign scholarship beneficiaries.
