Cross River State governor, H.E. Bassey Otu has today, August 16, 2023 sworn-in 31 commissioners who will form his executive cabinet for the 2023/2027 administrative year.
The swearing-in which held at the Temporary Governor’s Office, Dan Archibong Lodge, Calabar had the governor assign portfolios to the respective commissioners.
