Yakurr Constituency 1 House of Assembly member, Hon. Cyril James Omini has gifted a motorcycle to one of his constituents, Mr. Ofem Bassey Utre.
Handing over the gift yesterday, Hon. Cyril noted that the gesture underscores his drive to combat poverty in his constituency.
“This donation underscores my desire to uplift my constituents and make them financially independent,” Cyril said imprecisely.
