Recall that there is a document that has been on circulation bearing Humanitarian Minister Betta Edu’s signature, addressed to the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation, which details instructions from the Minister to disburse N585,198,500.00 to an individual named Oniyelu Bridget. The names include those who claim to be affiliates of foreign universities in the country. Also, nine degree mills are currently undergoing further investigations and/or court actions.
