Justice A. I. Kutigi of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on the 15th April, 2024 in Suit No: CV\/HC\/ABJ\/5032\/2023 Between Nkanu Achi Evemili&nbsp;&nbsp;v. Opay Digital Services Limited, Sam-John Usani Esq., counsel to the Applicant had approached the court over the breach of the Right of the Applicant to own properties.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Counsel submitted that the restriction placed on the Applicant\u2019s account amounts to a fundamental breach which entitles the applicant to the reliefs sought. The Court in its wisdom entered judgment in favour of the Applicant while making it Order that the restriction placed on the applicant\u2019s account be lifted. The court further awarded damages against respondent for the unlawful restriction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sam-John Usani hails from Ugep, Yakurr Local Government Area of Cross River State and it is speculated that he has not lost a single case so far, in his legal practice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sam-John Usani Esq. is the Managing Partner of Star Attorneys and a Senior Associate in Kanu G.
