Unhappy with this response, Mr. Akpabio allegedly turned to Mr. Bello, promising to finance both her recall and assassination.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Mrs. Akpoti-Uduaghan, Senator Asuquo facilitated a meeting at the Hiltons, where plans were discussed, and funds released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She further alleged that Mr. Akpabio instructed Mr. Bello to ensure her assassination occurred locally, to make it appear as though it was carried out by the community.
