President of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has nominated a Cross Riverian and 21 others to serve as Commissioners in the National Population Commission (NPC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The names of the nominees have been read on the floor of the Senate and upon ratification, Mr. Alex Ukam will  be Cross River State Commissioner in the NPC board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The full nominees are;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  6. Blessyn Brume-Ataguba (Delta)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Jeremiah Nwankwegu (Ebonyi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Tony Aiyejina (Edo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Ejike Ezeh (Enugu)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Abubakar Damburam (Gombe)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Uba Nnabue (Imo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Dogon Garba (Kaduna)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Aminu Tsanyawa (Kano)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Yori Afolabi (Kogi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Olakunle Sobukola (Ogun)<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Additionally, President Tinubu further requested that the red chamber approves the nominations of Babajide Fasina (South-West), Enorense Amadasu (South-South), and Bashir Indabawa (North-West) as NPC commissioners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
