On Sunday being November 26, 2023, one of the aircrafts of United Airlines left Lagos for Abuja but incidentally landed in Asaba, Delta State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this, the Head of Corporate Communications of United Airlines, Achilleus Chud-Uchegbu has come out to say that bad weather was the reason the plane could not land in Abuja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe incident was as a result of bad weather in Abuja, so the pilot temporarily diverted the flight to Asaba,\u201d Chud-Uchegbu said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The confusion was heightened when the cabin crew announced their landing saying that they have touched down Abuja, only for the passengers to realize they were in Asaba, not Abuja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
